Pupils at Waseley Hills are celebrating after receiving their A Level results. The Academy, part of the Central Sixth Form, is pleased to announce a year of excellent results achieved by its pupils, following two years of dedication to their studies. 

Overall, students achieved very well with high numbers of students achieving A*-C across all subjects. Subjects that saw particular success were ICT, where nearly all students achieved A*-A, and Sociology, where over 60% of students achieved A*-B.

Many pupils are now looking forward to progressing to their chosen universities, exciting apprenticeships, and employment opportunities at leading organisations. We are so pleased that most students have secured places at their chosen destinations, including Lancaster, Keele, Birmingham, Bristol, Liverpool, and Manchester.

While all pupils have done incredibly well, there are some standout individual achievements. These include:

• Ellie Marriot who achieved AAB and is continuing to study Mathematics at Lancaster University.
• Jack Burns who achieved AAB and is going on to complete an apprenticeship in Project Management.
• Callum Hill who achieved AAB and is going on to study Mechanical Engineering at the University of Birmingham.
